    Talking Best Web Browser To Use For CA

    I'm new to CA and I just downloaded it. I have three browsers, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Firefox.

    Which one is the best browser to use for Combat Arms.

    Lag and FPS wise.

    If possible, tell me which one uses the less memory

    I don't think using a browser will affect your game play. I use Chrome and I just close it after I start CA.

    Chrome is a simple browser and its the lightest one. IE is the fattest one, takes up alot of memory and is slow. Mozilla, in the middle.

    @Fabolous
    I disagree, Chrome create more processes than IE9 which makes Chrome bigger and use more memory.

    @Bear Jew I believe Chrome uses less anyways, last I checked. IE9 is, in my opinion, the worst overall browser.

    No it doesn't, I will show you (notice the numbers changed but is is roughly the same) this is created using a two page per browser method. :

    The total Chrome.exe processes uses: 118,012KB

    While IE9 uses: 109,112KB

    Thanks for correcting me. I'm gonna go have a look at chrome and IE9 for giggles now. Still a fan of Nightly though.

    Faster, more streamlined, safer, more updates.. Well, take the difference from Firefox 3 to Firefox 4. It's about the same, I'd say. Nightly is actually Firefox 6. Go figure.

    IE9 have the same protection and designed as Firefox, but Chrome lacks any.
