Vindictus Transformation Mods Compilation (Post Karok)

I have decided to compile all of the transformation mods. They are all currently working as of 6/18/11. I do not take credit for any of the mod, as I have only compiled them and simplified the installation. Checkbox isn't letting us include his Good Stuff Lite or post links to it, so I will only be able to provide the directions to find and download it, which is actually very simple. The credits will be given to all of the mod creators at the end of the thread.

Directions:
You can find them in the readme.txt in each of the mods, Heavy Weapons Guy also has sound files which can be moved for special sound effects related to the heavy weapons guy.

DIRECTIONS:

You will have to download Good Stuff lite v1.004, as Checkbox isn't letting me include it or even post a link to it.
Instead of posting a link though, I will give you simple directions to download it.

1. Google Good Stuff Lite v1.004.zip
2. Click the first link and download Good Stuff Lite
3. Follow the directions below

Extract bin into C:\Nexon\Vindictus\en-US overwriting the FileSystem_Stdio.dll and also the data and sound folders (if Heavy Weapons Guy).


* You will have to reinstall this mod whenever there's a game update as it restores FileSystem_Stdio.dll.

Removal instructions:

Delete bin\FileSystem_Stdio.dll and rename bin\FileSystem_Stdio.dat to FileSystem_Stdio.dll, and delete the data and sound folders (if Heavy Weapons Guy).

How are these "working as of today" when HFS mods don't work?!?

It isn't an HFS mod. It edits a DLL file so that the game uses the data folder instead of the HFS files. These even work in the Korean version.

Ahh, just wanted to clarify on that, wasn't trying ot be an ass or anything.
BTW, that being said, wouldn't we be able to use this type of injection to make HFS mods work?!? Off topic, I know.

Yes I believe you could. You just need to figure out the file directory structure the files in the .hfs's are called and then emulate in in /data just the same as how the visual mods work.

Hey, how can we change the 2nd Transformation to Succubus too? I'm very curious! I can finally use trans mods.

I could probably do that, I will try to do that in a little, it shouldn't be too hard.

I won't bother dealing with this until @Checkbox realizes he was wrong to chastise our whole community over a simple misunderstanding and stupid argument. I'll admit my participation in the argument was just as uncalled for as his, the whole thing was stupid in the first place.

alsome finding. wat a waste, as to @Checkbox leaving this forum is a mistake. using his skill on a forum that only making Nude character runing around nake with no cloth on.. that just wrong man. as of Karok or Lann being nude just seem scary to me..

If I had intended for it to be used like that, then everyone would've been messing with HFS modifications in November of last year.

im looking forward to that too, but im just new to these, random guessed and had no idea what would the file name/structure be for 2nd.

They should go in the same place, they are in the same HFS file, I have been so caught up with other mods and hacks that I haven't been able to test it though.
