What should I say in my ticket to Nexon?

I wanna get my fireteam combos reset, so I'm planning on sending in a ticket. What do you think I should say? I'm thinking on saying "i think someone got on my account and tried to hack". Any suggestions

this may not help but i got unbanned FROM nexon AND i hacked.... this is my story.

All i did was send a ticket to nexon.

i scared them. YES i scared them. u know what i said?
i told them that i just bought a 25k nx card and wasted 25 dollars. i said this is not neccacery. tried to sound professional. and i said alot more stuff just sound very professional. and lastly ... i said i may even consider sueing.

Because usually it takes so long just to get a ticket back. However i got mine the next day saying you will be unbanned in the next 3 business days.
So yeah just try to scare them and sound like u did nothing wrong

A stat reset will not change your FT score.
