need help with Black cipher 4

when I click start game on Black Cipher 4 it says;

Engine.exe - System Error

The program can't start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstall the program to fix this problem.

will re-installing combat arms fix it or Black Cipher?

There's Black Cipher 5 and you download and install DirectX 9 to fix your problem.

Easier way would be to go to the thread in my signature about dlls. Download and put it in your CA folder or System32 folder.
