Need help setting up a portfolio

I need help setting up a portfolio, I am a recent college graduate...(6 months ago) and currently looking for a job, and so looking to set up a online portfolio.

I need ideas.
i grabbed a blog and gonna put screenshots + source code to different projects done.

what else can i add.

how do i go about giving it start / finishing touches.

That is what an (electronic) portfolio is by definition. Make it look flashy and you're done.
