Just wondering if there's a way to 100% chance enhance or enchant.
I'm trying to hack to change things permanently such as my pally level and weapon stats. just wondering if there is a way to make it a 100% chance. i haven't seen anything on it. 
It's possible. But haven't seen it on Vindictus yet.
