need starter ideas for rsps

ima make me an rsps and i need like some stuff to start off with and everything i have jdk ready and all that crap i just need idk cache and scripts and have no idea where to get

go to moparscape forumns , and click on server development/ server downloads

get yourself a base

then if you know java you can begin to start implementing new combat zones (adding npcs at a certain location), create new shops, have npcs say different things, add in events, etc.
