League of Legends Simple Server Switcher
Working for sure, uses lil' more changes to game configs. Put in game directory.
Done in C#, requires .NET Framework 3.5.
After switching server for first time it will look like it is downloading patch, but its just downloading proper sound file (fsb). Yup, they different for some reason.
Coding time: 5 minutes.
Research time: 20 minutes.

Added "EU NOT BUSY!" trick. Causes patcher ("Play" button") to check US status, but AIR client will login in EU.
