Not really, sigs usually build off of graphic design and other majors. Look at Kyle, I'm pretty sure he uses his sig-making skills when making graphics and logos and layouts and w/e. I mean it's not our fault sigs were here in the GFX section in the first place.

Sig can really only help in large art. Web design and other things are usually smooth and sleek. where as signatures tend to be a little messier and have a centralized point of focus in which everything else works off of.

It might be nice, sexy, cool and fun, but you can't use a sig for anything else than showing everyone how skilled you are, what your name is, and maybe what game you like (if it has a render from a game).

Maybe they're not pointless, but they are useless.

A GFX leader should be chosen after a while the GFX Team have been selected. The person who does a lot of contributions and follows the rules, and has a positive attitude should be the leader. Just my guess.
