So my friend spent the night. For laughs, I told him to make a mod with very little help and I would release it here no matter how bad it is. lol.

no..it's too abnormal to be overlay. But you're close, it's definitely a layer blend of some nature. Looks like it could be "Screen" , "Difference" or "Luminosity".

no its actually overlayed blueish, desaturated, then added neon glow to it. i know cuz i watched him mess with everything lmao.

lol i like filtering certain things like making scratches and glow effects

@Disturbed youi think you can make a camo for the azazel rifle. If you want one to test heres my mod that makes m416 and m416 cqb into the azazel rifle
