You probably have more than one input source and you're most likely recording more than just your microphone or you're playing back more than just one input source and the secondary input source is being picked up there

Either way, disable the sources you don't need and try again

go into your windows settings and then check the settings and if there is anything odd, change it
then go to windows recorder, record something and then record something w/ fraps (just to see if its fraps's fault)
