How To Get Black Cipher 5 Working For Windows Vista In Under 10 Steps

1.Download the rar
2.Extract files to your desktop and run PortalSetup
3.Make a folder on your desktop and place the .dll inside of it
4.Run the portal shortcut on your desktop that appears after setting portal up
5.Select the folder containing the .dll as your extension directory
6.Run portal
7.Once inside of CA press Insert for the menu to pop up turn things on/off with arrow keys

what is portal set up i dont know what it is and im new to hacks

i am so lost ok let me tell you my story and you tell me what i did wrong
i went to the black cipher download page and downloaded blackcipher.exe,then i opeened the file and extracted it to my desktop, i placed it in a folder i named new folder it opened, from there i downloaded portal from this page and i ran it for the folder new folder combat arms opened but i could not open the hacks menu with insert please help me
