Hey this is a theory i wanna ask anyone who's really skilled and has a lot of time...
I've been watching the patches and what files come with them...
I found that everytime a new weapon is added an items.bin file is replaced with a bigger 1(containing coding for new weapon)
well....if u edit the data in the items.bin file u could get more weapons, but i havent gotten NFV2 to work yet, so... i was wondering if someone who uses NFV2 (skilled ppl lol) could test my theory...also u may need to replace/edit the filecodes.bin file........
hint u can use some of the korean files

I think if its possible new guns would be available and guns would do damage but i may be wrong so...

also forget NFV2 it will never work again until someone makes a new one with updated memory addresses and a way to bypass PB (which ive already posted a tutorial on how to do it).

yea.....if only someone knew how to edit the binary files the right way, lol
ive already said all u need to do is make a program that changes the file check memory addresses just before u start a game and then change them back when the game starts

if you are REALLY serious about working your ass off to learn the basics, then there are plent of resources that you can find online.
things i suggest you study:
1) C++ (for creating your dlls and proggys)
2) ASM (when disassembling a program, you'll need to be able to understand ASM to know whats going on)
3) Study up on how RAM works (more specifically how DMA works)
4) Get the win32API reference book (its available, just google)
that'll get you started... but even if you do master all of the above, stuff like this takes experience. most of the people on here who create "hacks" are most likely programmers in real life, and do it for a living. those who are not have been hacking for years.
so, i hope ive given you an idea on what it takes, and given you a place to start

Wont work. The server checks the client for the right files. If the same weapon's files are not matched the server will tell punkbuster to you the hell outta there.

the files arent editable anymore, but system prob knows a way round that, lol

Tho, you still gonna need a server side manipulator to make it work, which takes skill... but, at the end it DOES work
