I tryed to start combat arms from direct and from the website and i keep getting this message after it says version checking "Cannot connect to the server. Please try again or visit Combat Arms - Online FPS Action Error code= -2, 10060"

I agree Secondly, even though my word doesn't much count . That error code occurs during an Update with The game. Give it a while, check Official Site for news about this, They usually state reason. Most of the time it is updating or maintenance. It should be back and running at 8:00 AM PDT. - According to The Sites Status.

Update is Today at 1Am-6AM EST which is now.

Yep, They have changed it from - 8:00 AM PDT to - 6:00 AM PDT.
Times

Pacific: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Thursday - July 7th - 2011
Eastern: 1:00 AM - 9:00 AM Friday - July 8th - 2011

I agree, They are having to many problems from Themselves at the moment. I can really never rely on what their estimate dates and times are.
