Requesting Serious Game Help

Okay i recently installed Microsoft C++ 2008 Express. But now when i play Combat Arms before the game starts it says:

Runtime Error!
C:/Nexon/Combatarms/Engine.exe

Should i re-install combat arms? Can anyone help?

ahh.. ppl and their 12 year old comments that lead to a person either being banned for flaming or quiting..

Either wait for their site to go back up or remove the hacks and play the game. There, pretty much any other comment would be useless after this.
