The reason 40-99 lobster it is profitble and its 90 xp per lobster and trout salmon are 50xp and 90 xp

Actually caging lobsters at 40-99 is a bad idea.
Even though lobsters provide 90 exp, trouts and salmons are way faster.
So i would recommend at least Fly fishing until level 70 at least.
It's hard to obtain lobsters even at 60
