MW2 INFECTIONS RUINING MY GAME

i went into a public groundwar and that absolute (c u next tuesday) MW2_Liberation douchebag reset everyones stats and then put infections on... Im now stuck with an Infection on my screen which is i have these numbers in the top corner probably to do with location on the map or something not good when im recording gameplay/clips for montages

It's called config_mp and is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\call of duty modern warfare 2\players.
