When you look at the link in this thread by dave, he says:

You must have the .net FRAMEWORK 1.0 and 2.0
If you have vista, disable UAC and run the hack and Combat Arms in XP compatibility with administrator.

So yea.....idk where to put the .net FRAMEWORKs
He Also says we need to edit the ini with our MPGH ID and pass and idk what that is either =(
