Likelyhood of a ban for soloing raid bosses?

Sometimes its rather late and there are seldomly any parties for the raids but I want to get them done. Is there a high chance of getting banned for doing it solo? (even if it just alt tab and wait out like 20 minutes)

Depens on the battle. Titan solo would be a high risk, Hidden solo can be done in 2-3 min.
