    Well, I got the hack and my OP7 just crashes right away.

    Okay, when you opened the hack did it crash at login asap, or did it crash when you activated the hacks?

    Dont activate the hacks until you are IN THE GAME.

    If it crashed as soon as the game started, its either became detected(doubtful) or somthing is wrong, if its that then i dont know how to help you there.
