How to increase your download speed!

lol i find that kinda wierd but it dont matter for me at all my internet is really fast i got the fasted i can get in florida but anyway from filefront i get about 1.7-1.9 MB per second and on microsof*****m anywhere from 2-3 MB per second idk y its so fast on microsoft

EDIT:
It only boosts your download speed for 30 seconds.
Then it works it's way down to your normal download speed...
Which is gay...

OK, so what is surprising to me is..my normal DL speed is somethin like 46KB/s...
Anyway, it went up to 1.7Mb/s for a few seconds.. then worked it's way down to 46...within 20 seconds..


BUT HEY ON THE UPSIDE:::
It's a VERY good effect for instant things such as loading pages and music dowloads.
