Best way to get Permanent Mines?

1. Create a new account, get to a certain rank then gift.

2. Begging (I got about 90 day mines in one day)

3. Just keep playing and buy a week each day.

Which way will be faster and how long will it take? I only have it for 259 days.

Is there any other ways without using NX.
