1: because you newb you cannot perm pick up its server sided(fail #1)
2: because you didnt record a damn thing and if you did record where is the video even 2 seconds of lag footAGE which you took should be given and proof yet you have none of what you said you recorded(yet another fail)
3: you cannot create a clan when you are (apparently) making your computer lag and also make the emblem for it to (relog is yet another fail as it dissapears on server switch)
4: guns do not appear on maps without someone dropping them(really you seriously think this is possible)
5: you cant go down below the map on oil rig like you said unless its a certain mission then even if you get that you can only float or you die (BIGGEST TROLL THREAD EVER AND NOT 1 PIECE OF ANY EVEDENCE) yup 5 reasons why you fail at lying

Steps To Get Perm.

1st : Lag All Your Internet.
2nd : Jump to Ocean.
3rd : Swim Down and Keep Pressing E, And u get a Permanent Disconnect From the Server.

I Found Out this. don't Have a Video For It but i can tell yahhh. Make Your Com Lag then create a clan. Then wahhh lahhh relog and you got clan eblem.
Also At OilRig i found out you can get permguns. You Go Under The Water The Deepest and try to find one. I Got A Artic Wolve

If you Are Lucky you willl be able to find one

If you relog and a clan emblem it will disappear when u join a server
