Heres just a list of items i flip on a regular basis. There is also not going to be instructions on flipping these but i will give a short description of the item.
I will also be giving a rank 1-10 on how good they are.

Berserker ring-rank:7...the berserker ring is a great item to flip because it's a very popular item for pkers such as rushers and people doing slayer or boss killing

archers ring-rank:8...The archers ring is usually a must for any dbow rusher,cannon rusher, or any pker trying to max out their hits. It is also used frequently for people training range because as any person that has trained range knows the slightest range bonus makes a big difference in the long run.

seers ring-rank :6...An extremely popular item for hybrids so that they wont splash on barrages as much and sometimes used for rock lobster training

Amulet of Ranging-rank:4...A commonly used item for range pking and training the ranging skill

Torag's Platebody-rank:8...An extremely heavily used pking item that is very inexpensive and also has one of the best defense stats in the game

I also suggest as soon as you buy an item sell and and as soon as you sell one buy another this way your making the most of your 4 hour limit. If the item isnt buying or selling right away try adjusting your price where you still have a decent profit margin where your item will buy or sell at.
