Help with Gforce (i'm a noob)

Ok, well, I have never used a hack before and would like to start. Everybody is talking about this G-force hack and I have no idea how to get it if somebody could instruct me how, It would be greatly appreciated. PLEASE HELP ME.

download the file, extract it put the g-force file in the crossfire folder and run it as admin

ok look here is what you do
1. go to the main crossfire hacks section you will find something calles "G-Force hack v.3.1 [ramadan kareem]
2. go to see the first post download the attachments and requirments
3. extract to desktop put it in crossfire folder if ur windows 7/vista Run AS Adminstrato (IMPORTANT)
4. log in to crossfire when the message " hack tool detected " then press (DELETE) Key..
5. "INSERT" is the hotkey for the menu , use arrow keys to nagate through menu
6. enjoy
