I am angry for some stupid shits happen in my life...i know there is much more people have more trouble than me but how i can get this angry out off me?I hate them all my friends , the school etc....why have to be good for every body except us?

When i get stressed out or am angry about something i just play games and leave the real world and all it's troubles for a few hours and just stop giving a shit about anything other then the game i'm playing.

however; FPS games are not good to relax in if you suck or servers full of hackers
and playing an RPG on hardest difficulty can cause rage quitting or xbox controllers being smashed.

I recommend something that's easy to play but challenging at the same time
MMORPG's are good for this you can quest, grind, work on skills, ect and just relax.
I've spent hours on WoW just running around talking in guild chat about funny shit cause talking to someone in RL is just so much more work. but talking to your guildies about funny crap is well funny as hell and quite entertaining and relaxing.
