Dear Nexon Amerca,
I, Jakub (James) Navrkal been a player of your game for almost two years. I spend almost 300 dollars on your game and a firm Combat Arms player. However, I have to say I am disappointed in your action toward the community. You're too slow to do anything, you side with people who paid, and you lack any proper support.
I'm writing this letter to show that I as a paying customer for your paychecks, fees, server payments, etc. Am not spending anymore money and most likely will stop playing soon. You failed your many promises and your deals and items just ripped people off. You favored the players that paid NX and don't even try and fix the hacker issue. You failed to do you job in so many levels, such as providing a lag free enviroment that you promised as well the security software to protect people from cheaters.
In so many ways, you failed to keep your end of the contract. Your attempt to create a business model that failed in many levels and horrible for us players. You favor the powerlevelers, the cheaters that paid. You don't look deeper into problems. You add more contents when we demanded more fixes. You add more weapons when we demanded more security. You give us horrible events when we asked for something fair.
Combat Arms is failing, because of your lack of business, rather than expand the needs that is needed in the first place. You expanded your needs first, which in a company isn't fair and will not make you successful.
In Combat Arms, you said you had over four million players, well now you got 3,999,999 players now.

It is lag free... For me. So stop accusing Nexon of YOUR lag problems.
And they did fix the hacker problem.
They patched many free-VIP released hacks. Maybe ALL of them.

Hacks are still hacks, they still are a constant problems, and I didn't accuse them of anything. They did failed at their promise to create a lag free eviroment which a lot of people had problems.
You're the one out of thousands of people that hadn't had any problems. Congrats.

I Kinda agree with u on this one, My computer is fast as hell with connection, some days i go through CA playing with no lag then other days i lag to the max, and thats NEXONS problem, so many people packed into Papa and Golf server nowdays it lags like fuck. , so ya she shouldn't be accusing us for having lag issues when its Nexons Fault , they cant do anything right and cant even update to a better hacksheild nor fix the lag.
