Can somebody give me the link for c++ and can somebody help me use it

I need the download link for c++, by the way I have windows vista, 32 bit, framework .NET 3.5(do not tell me to upgrade to 4.0 i cant, because i cant do windows vista service pack 1).

And then can somebody help me use it like post a video on some site, so i have the idea how to use it. And I need somebody who I can pm to help me.

Also you won't be able to learn c++ in 1 day . it might take months untill you can really do somethign with you're experience .

ugh c++ takes lot reccommend you to look at tutorials you willl get bored of reading i can also teach you memory hacking
