OP, I know I'm a bit late, but did you try directly hooking up the 360 to your modem?
If Live works, then it's your router.
If it doesn't work, then it's your internet. Simple as that.

Also, try doing a speed test yet?

Plug it Direct into your modem using a Ethernet Cable... Works great that way... Your Wireless seems to be having drop out issues...
