Alcohol = also a depressant NOT A STIMULANT.
They will both interfere with your choices/decisions and basically get rid of your inhibitions. No one has the same high. One person could sit down in a bean bag and eat corn chips, the other could be running around with an M9 trying to kill people. People react differently.
I have seen people that are obviously intoxicated just chill out and be happy. However, teenagers often do stupid things when they are intoxicated because;
- Most teenagers are idiots
- Teenagers cannot properly any 'drug'
IMO, I think it would be much safer for me to chill out with a rum & coke then a joint. 1 joint can get you high within minutes, while it would take quite a few drinks to achieve this.

Like I said, every high is different.
A friend of a friend of a friend (word of mouth ftw) had a bad hallucinations while he was high and stabbed himself.
