3 questions:

How are you going to tell if people are using spawn killing and invisible hacks (especially invisible, hard to detect if they're using a sniper)?

What are you going to do if you catch them?

What's the map is it gonna be? (yes, this is important, I need to get identification numbers for some stuff if it's anything but emblem or havana.)

So you're going to use your 1/10 second interval before you get spawn killed to hunt down a potentially invisible enemy on the other side of the field, record the packet you get from shooting him, and then send it back at him so you both die the instant you spawn, and neither of you can play? Sounds highly effective.

Also, I figure I should ask this now before I get spawnkilled/kicked repeatedly for doing it, does running a hack to blow up vehicles count as spawn kill? The method is kind of similar, and it looks VERY similar when you're in a vehicle and die from a grenade without seeing anyone throw one.

well i saw a screenshot. 2 screenshots i mean

the first screenshot is. a guy shoots a bullet only 1 and it blew up 2 tanks and 2 humvee. increnible!!!!

the second is when the vehicle spawn a man just hop in the vehicle. the moment he starts to accelerate he just blew up.

Is that a question about which blowing up vehicle hack I'm talking about? If so, it's the second one, only I usually run it slower (you're in the car for a bit before it blows up) and on all vehicles in the map. I also usually run it using grenade damage, but I can make it work with automatic gun damage (the kind that actually damages vehicles) if the grenade thing seems unfair.
