Actually, I think it will, precisely because of that.
People will not be able to spend money in the in-game cash shop, so they'll have to buy stuff with gold. Gold won't be enough to buy everything, so they'll have to find a way to have a lot of gold. And here is where gold-sellers come.

well maybe, i dont think the sellers can be bothered though, they dont generally bother if it looks the game might die, also they prob wont waste bluebirds, those are insanely expensive here.
and what people i know are doing is just leaving the server instead of buying things with gold, i mean, so many alternative servers:/

Yeah, so many alternative server ip-blocking everything outside their target...
For me the only choice is DNVN, which is unstable at best, down for days at worst...

china doesnt do any blocks at all O.o

KR version doesn't do blocks at all either and the FTG isn't really a problem if you can get an acc that's 18yrs and older. ._.
