Quite honestly this is sorta a real answer...if you don't have 3-4+ hours to devote to MPGH a day, then don't even try to get mod's attention (in other words have no social life)

I'm minion, and I can devote at least 3 hours a day to MPGH, and still maintain 10 hour workdays, a social life, and a gf.

Be at the help sections, participate in discussion threads, don't be a ******, have some good experience on this site, prove that you can contribute well in a mature manner, know how a job works, and try your hardest.
