Focus on the diet and the afterburn. Its not how many calories you burn while you do the exercise, its also how many after. Its like saying two identical cars. One car drives 1 mile really quick and turns off the engine right away as the other car drives the exact same mile but leaving the car idling. Which one is going to use more fuel? WELL NO SHIT THE ONE THATS IDLING. Its the same as working out. Hope that helped.
