Opinions needed.

So I've been working on a book, I'm about 34 pages into it already but I figured I would get some opinions on the general plot.
If you want to troll or flame the thread go for it..I don't care,
that's basically all I do in General anyway..but I figure there will be a few srs peoples here that will offer some insight on this project of mine.

So here is the plot..

We all know that Roswell is full of all kinds of UFO conspiracies and what not..
So back in the 50's a UFO crashes, most of the crew is dead but there were 2 aliens that survived the crash. Government Scientists after years of experimenting figured out a way to clone these aliens. The two from the crash were highly intelligent, and before they died of natural causes the scientists studied them relentlessly. Eventually the clones were mass produced and when they came of age they were raised much like a human was. The aliens learned the language, the human condition, and were trained by an elite branch of the military to be shaped into soldiers.

The ultimate plan to be unhatched by the Government in the year 2012 is to have these aliens wage all out war against the world.. the reason being to unite all countries to fight against this "foreign" threat in order to bring world peace, and eventually birth a new style of global politics.
This being a polyarchy ..where only 3 powerful and very rich men run the whole world, ending democracy and eventually freedom.

The hero of the book is a hacker that intercepts a file while trying to hack into one of the largest banking firms on Wall street.

As long as you don't use the Roswell cliche then you should be ok. More likely to be at Wright Patterson or Nebraska area.

and are basically responsible for the global economic decline.

If you're not being a troll about this as usual, i'd definitely support. the idea totally fits my tastebuds.

Maybe make it in first person of this hacker?
1) starts off with him in a piece of shit rut (like Suits) where he's out of options and needs cash but knows a lot about PCs and shit
2) ends up hacking wall street
3) finds the records
4) highest level of the US military infiltrates him and tries to find him but he's covering up his own tracks?
5) shit branches out from there
