How to make an overlay hack?

Hello, I would like to make a "Hack" where a large crosshair image overlays the screen digitally. not with a sticker, in the middle of the aiming area. To make a much larger and noticable aimer. to get something to this effect

Here you go:

Change the corsshair.gif to any .gif picture that you like.

IT HAS TO BE A GIF! NO EXCEPTIONS!

You can change the dimensions of the image as you wish. It will ALWAYS be centered in the screen. Just make sure that you don't have any deadspace on the edges of the image, past the crosshair, or it will be centered wrong.

Virus Scans:
VirusTotal - Free Online Virus, Malware and URL Scanner

Ill edit this post with the second virus scan as soon as i can. It sat there for 3 hours and its only on the 6th scan. -.-

Nevermind... i lied, it wont work unless APB is windowed. Ill just go with the pixel set color options. This will take me much longer...

I'm not going to deal with the stupid wait times for an "Approval" by a mod who's non existent, nor the scan times on the Virscan.org website (I sat there with a 847Kb file and it took 3 hours to finish just 6 fucking scans). VirusTotal works just fine, and I use that site regularly, but the other virus scan site is fucking slow and annoying. Its bullshit.

You know, MPGH dislikes leechers and people who just come for the hacks without giving anything back, but they sure do make it fucking hard for you to actually GIVE back.


It's just a very simple crosshair, only a cross.
Abilities:
-Offset from the center of the screen (To leave a "Peep Sight")
-Adjustable length - go anywhere from 1 pixel to a full screen crosshair
-Adjustable Thickness - 1 pixel thick to a huge noticeable line
-Color - RGB color makes it easy to be pinpoint on your customization

Ill be updating and adding styles, designs, and etc for future use. Your welcome to use them as you please when I do update.

Place them in the SAME folder, open the .cfg, edit it to your liking, then run the .exe. It's pretty self explanatory.

the Red, Green, and Blue values go from 0 - 255.

Rawr, Why hack no work for me? I click the .EXE and nothing shows

nvm I just reversed the two resolutions and it works fine.
except it doesnt work in fullscreen
