Here's a simple tutorial on how to bypass the system error you get when creating a Nexon Passport ID.

How do you get System Error?
You will get system error while creating a Nexon Passport ID if you have created too many Nexon Passport ID's for your IP address (Not proven, but only reasonable explanation).

Tutorial
Step One: Download and Install Google Chrome
Step Two: Open Google Chrome.
Step Three: Open "Incognito" by pressing "CTRL+SHIFT+N". A new window should show up (You know it's incognito if you see a little animal-like creature in the top left corner next to the tabs area)
Step Four: Go to Nexon Passport Register Page
Step Five: Register
