It basically means the glucose level(sugar level) in your body is low. It has nothing to do with hypoglycemia, by the way. Your basically lacking that "good sugar" in your body that helps with your blood and everything else. When your low on it, you may be introduced to symptoms like headaches, forgetting stuff/clumsiness, hallucinations, etc.

Drink some good healthy stuff with sugar. Avoid any sort of activity that wastes tones of energy, and get some good bed rest.

It could still be something else, I advise that you visit a doctor to see what's up.
