Ban's depend on the server some servers I can play on with almost any hack and its undetected including this hack but it could take time to find them but when u find them bookmark the server that's what I do

Most servers manually update there punkbuster. Therefore it may take a week or so for most of the servers to be banning for it. If you care about your account don't use the hack. If you just are messing around then have fun

I don't think it's bugged. Press F1 for the menu and you might be able to adjust that.
