Looking for investors

I'm looking for serious investors willing to help my friend and I out on a project we know will make cash. The total we will need for the project is about $800 to start off with, until we start making profit. We will all take a split to help pay for it. If you can help us out, you will take part of the profit and have a say in which the way things are ran. My friend is 22 (or 23 can't remember), and we're both US based.
