The Q8300 isn't a beastly overclocking CPU, so I wouldn't push it too hard. Start off with 3.0Ghz and see how the temps are and run prime95 to see if it's stable. If it is, push it a little more to maybe 3.2Ghz. That's the max I would do and not risk breaking anything.

On a side note, don't you love making her cum?
