Will my pc run BF3?

Hey guys just wondering if you guys can help me out. I am not a complete noob but i am not very good with computer specs. Do you think I will be able to run bf3 lag free? If so, on what settings? (High, med or low?)


Processor: AMD Anthlon 64 X2 Dual core Processor 5000+ 2.61 GHz
Ram: 4 GB
Operating system: 32-bit
Display: NVIDIA GeFore 8600 GT

Nope. It barely runs BFBC2 on that.

Here's the minimum system requirements.

OS: Windows Vista 64 bit

CPU: Core 2 Duo E4500 2.2Ghz or Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 5000+

RAM: 2 GB

GFX: GeForce GT 240 or Radeon HD 5570

DX: 10

HDD: 15 GB

Everything is about average except your graphics card, If you want a lag free game your going to have to play on med-low settings, even then there might still be some lag.

1. You need a 4 core processor and ur using an athlon x2.
2. Your graphics card is way too outdated
3. You might be using Windows XP and directx 9 isn't supported by BF3

Ugh. So many of these threads. You need to update your graphics card, and He doesn't need to update his processor, unless the game uses a ton of physics, or he wants better loading times.

If none of the other answers work for you try the above one ^ otherwise just download a trial of the game or something and test it.
