200 bucks is way too expensive for that set of 2.1's. You can always build your own enclosures to put speakers in, you'll get most bang for the buck that way. Wiring speakers isn't hard at all.

Speakers are limited to your PC fool. If you get bad-ass head phones you can take'm anywhere. Sorry speakers are just out dated.

I'm saying you can build yourself a nice set up by buying an amplifier off craigslist or something, buying vehicle speakers, and building the enclosures yourself.
Usually wiring the speakers to an 8 ohm load allows you to run vehicle speakers off of a house amp. If you manage to get deals on all your parts you can be looking at a pretty serious set up for 200 bucks.
