Step 1: Ctrl + Alt + Delete
Step 2: Processes
Step 3: Show processes from all users
Step 4: Close everyone of the processess that is possible.
Step 5: Do it everytime your computer starts up if you don't your computer will crash
TIP: If your computer crashes restart and keep trying to end all of them.

Profit?
