I bought a house

A friend of my family passed away, and within an hour of knowing they where going to sell, I ended up buying their house. I got a really good deal, and I jumped on it. IDK if I should re-sell it, or rent it out. It's a decent sized house, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, and pool. I bought it for 42g cash and it's still fully furnished. I could probably get about 75-85gs for the house alone, but renting it would be long term cash flow.

dont rent, my father tried it with our previous houses... shit only went for like a couple of months and the fuckers started being lazy asses about the payment and eventually ended up bailing out... leaving my dad almost bankrupt.... sell that shit for like 100 Gs, idk make it pretty or some shit... and..........
