Upload your image to a image hosting site. (tinypic)

Get the forum code for the image and just copy and paste or..

if your talking about the avatar then
User CP -> Edit Avatar -> browse -> select wanted image as avatar

if on laptop , hit fn key (bottom left) and prnt scree (stop right) and then edit>paste in paint and then save to desktop and upload to imageshack.com. and then copy link and put in your post

If wanting a User Avatar Go to ; MPGH>User CP > Edit Avatar [Now upload your Avatar from a Link or from your Computer]

If wanting a Signature Picture you would have to Go to ; MPGH > User CP > Edit Signature > Image Icon [Now Copy And Paste your Link to the Picture you would like to have] > Save

If wanting to Post a Image on a Thread/Post Go to ; MPGH > Thread/Post > Go Advanced > Click on the Image Icon > Post .
