Error Elite Encrypt.. and no hacks work.

This always pop up when i use these kind of programs...
Like byte cipher as well.
I don't have a clue why the program doesn't work for me tho.
My OS is window xp 32 bit/sp3.
Anyone know since I can't use any hacks....
Or maybe someone got flameswor10's hack working then use Elite Encrypt for me and send me download file at pm.

EliteEncrypt works only with flameswor10 hacks ... but dllfixit works with all !
