no cf is based on another cf. different distributers from different countries buy licenses to items, and thats y they're different. The reason CF CN is more advanced than ours is because theyre distributer (tencent) is 100 times the size of ours (z8). tencent has the 3rd largest communication software in the world (QQ). And their audience for cf is about 3.5mill, were probably like 100 times less
