Can be done in several ways, one way is using the picture box.

Select the picturebox tool and drag it over the the minimize, maximize and exit button then paste your image there.

Hm.. Don't think it was "Picturebox" If you could just hold on tomorrow I could help you, I am installing Visual Basic, so I can see the correct tool.
