The first 1, the second ones text doesn't really fit with the focal point and the background. Also, If you make the text greyish it would look better, get a soft brush about 10-15% and zoom in to about 500% and move to brush along the sides it would blend in better with the focal and background. also the white brush u used around the text looks retarded, but that is my opinion. On the left side upper and lower part of the render i see there is a low opacity thing erase that if you can, unless it is apart of the background you chose

And on the left side of the render is looks like there was a hard small brush used around it. Remove with a low opacity eraser

The only difference i can see is the text.
Personally I like the 2nd one better but...
The 2 sigs I made... people say have bad text so... XD

How does the color of the text not fit with the focal point? o-o
With the background tho... :/
I guess it comes down to personal point of view.
